Terms & Conditions

Although we pride ourselves on being friendly and easy-going, we do have some boring bits to cover. So, to make sure everyone is on the same page, here are our terms and conditions of hire

– We require a non-refundable 25% deposit to confirm any order. By paying the deposit you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of hire. The remaining balance is to be paid 2 weeks before the event. This will include a 50% bond that will be fully refunded provided all items are returned on time and in their original condition and packaging.
– Breakages or lost items are rare but can happen. Replacement costs of hired items will be outlined on your quote. If the total replacement or repair costs of any damaged or missing items exceeds the 50% bond, then payment of the additional amount must be received within 10 working days.
– The hire period is 4 days. Longer hire periods are available for an extra fee – check with us for rates.
– Payments can be made via bank deposit or cash.
– Delivery and collection addresses are to be agreed upon. Items will need to be packed in their original packaging and ready for collection at the agreed time. Delivery service charges are $1 per km to and from our Loburn base, with a $30 minimum charge.
– In the event that you need to cancel, let us know as a soon as possible. Cancellations 30 days prior to your booking will result in a full refund, less the 25% non-refundable deposit. Any cancellations within the 30 days leading up to a booking will result in an 80% refund less the 25% non-refundable deposit.
– All items are to be stored indoors and are the responsibility of the hirer until returned or picked up. Any losses, damage or breakages will be charged to the hirer. All items remain the property of Little Bliss.
– Late fees will apply if items are not returned on the agreed upon day, or are not packaged ready for pick up at the agreed upon location/time. These fees will be applied in the following manner; 1 day late = 10% fee, 2 days late = 20% fee, 3 days late = 30% fee and so on, up until 10 days late. Items not returned within this time period will be assumed brought and the full replacement cost would be charged.
– Little Bliss accepts no responsibility for any injury or damage to any person or property during the hire period under any circumstance.

-In your hire quote will you will be asked to agree to these, including the stated costs for any replacement items if needed. In paying the deposit you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
